Cannabis Consultant Jesse J.B. Bravo News 4 gets interviewed with News 4. He speaks on the issues of Opting In or Opting Out of Cannabis Dispensaries and consumption by towns, villages and municipalities. Therefore he explains that these initial votes aren't the real votes. Essentially what he explains is that Cannabis Business licenses won't be open until the year 2023, so this is just a test of the communities initial reaction. So the towns boards get to look real smart because there's nothing to risk.

This is all in part that if any votes to opt in under New York State they can't ever opt out. For that reason News 4 knowing that I'm a cannabis consultant spoke with me at length.
